How to Request a Refund

Important Information

  • Refund amounts may be reduced by applicable cancellation fees set by airlines or hotels.
  • Service fees charged by TravelEase are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
  • Travel insurance claims must be filed separately with the insurance provider.
  • Promotional or discounted bookings may have different refund policies.
