How to Request a Refund

Important Information
- Refund amounts may be reduced by applicable cancellation fees set by airlines or hotels.
- Service fees charged by TravelEase are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
- Travel insurance claims must be filed separately with the insurance provider.
- Promotional or discounted bookings may have different refund policies.
