By accessing or using TravelEase services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. These terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

TravelEase provides an online platform for booking: • Flights - Search and book airline tickets • Hotels - Reserve accommodations worldwide • Activities - Book tours and experiences • Visa Services - Assistance with visa applications We act as an intermediary between you and travel service providers. The actual travel services are provided by airlines, hotels, and other third-party suppliers.

When you make a booking through TravelEase: • You confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete • You are responsible for ensuring you meet all travel requirements (passport, visa, health requirements) • Booking confirmations are subject to availability • Prices may change until booking is confirmed • You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking • You agree to the specific terms and conditions of each travel provider

Payment Terms: • All prices are displayed in your selected currency • Payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise specified • We accept credit cards, debit cards, and mobile money • Currency conversion rates are provided for reference and may vary at time of actual charge • Additional fees may apply for certain payment methods Refunds and Cancellations: • Refund policies vary by booking type and provider • Cancellation fees may apply as specified in your booking confirmation • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of booking: Flights: • Subject to airline cancellation policies • Some tickets are non-refundable • Changes may incur fees plus fare difference Hotels: • Free cancellation available on select rates • Non-refundable rates clearly marked at booking • No-shows may be charged full amount We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations.

TravelEase shall not be liable for: • Acts of God, natural disasters, or force majeure events • Actions or omissions of third-party service providers • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines • Hotel overbookings or service quality issues • Visa denials or immigration issues • Personal injury or property damage during travel Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question.

You agree not to: • Provide false or misleading information • Use the service for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with or disrupt the service • Scrape or copy content without permission • Make fraudulent bookings or payment attempts • Violate the rights of other users We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services: • Shall first be attempted to be resolved through customer support • If unresolved, may be submitted to mediation • Are governed by the laws of Cameroon • Fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Douala, Cameroon You agree to bring any claims within one year of the event giving rise to the claim.
